Maxar Technologies, a space technology firm, announced that it is reorganizing into two separate businesses: Maxar Space Infrastructure and Maxar Intelligence.

Maxar Space Infrastructure will focus on the company’s satellite manufacturing operations, while Maxar Intelligence will focus on its Earth imaging business.

The dual-CEO structure enables both businesses to deliver for customers and innovate leading-edge technology with dedicated focus.
